Welcome to Pronto Images. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you may use our website and purchase products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pronto Images; “you” and “your” refer to the customer placing the order.

Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. A binding contract is formed once we accept your order and begin processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to fulfil the personalisation requested. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.
Personalisation and engraving
The vast majority of our products are personalised and engraved to order. It is your responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details — including spelling, names, dates, ranks, regiments, badges, crests, and any other text — are correct and complete at the point of ordering.
We engrave exactly what is supplied on your order. We cannot accept responsibility for, or offer refunds on, errors contained in the information you provide. If you are at all unsure about any detail, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.
By submitting personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, badges, crests, insignia, logos, or other content supplied, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline any personalisation request we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT. Prices and product details are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers. We take care to display accurate pricing, but in the event of an obvious pricing error we are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price and will contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver every order as promptly as possible. As our items are made to order, please allow time for engraving and personalisation in addition to delivery. Estimated lead times and delivery options are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.
Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any issues promptly (see our Returns Policy).
Returns and cancellations
Because our personalised and engraved items are made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Non-personalised, unused items may be returned within 14 days. Full details, including how to report faulty or incorrect items and how to start a return, are set out in our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product images and descriptions
We make every effort to display our products and their colours, materials, and finishes as accurately as possible. As many of our items are made from natural materials such as wood, slate, and pewter, slight variations in grain, colour, and finish are normal and are part of the character of a handmade product. Such variations are not considered faults.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs — is the property of Pronto Images or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Regimental badges, crests, insignia, and other MOD-related designs are reproduced under official licence from the Ministry of Defence and remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
